Cancellation Policy
At Hidden Beauty Studios, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to ensure that our stylists' time is respected and that we can accommodate all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
* 48-Hour Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Late Cancellations/No-Shows:
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
* "No-shows" (failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
* How to Cancel/Reschedule:
* You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by text, phone call, or online.
* Exceptions:
* We understand that emergencies can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
* Payment:
* Any cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
